Metabo VibraTech (MVT) Technology provides ultimate user comfort with decoupled MVT vibration absorbing rear and side handles. The rubber-coated rear handle and large switch design allow for comfortable operation even when wearing heavy work gloves. The Metabo S-Automatic torque-limiting clutch disengages the drive should the bit lock unexpectedly. A Drop-Secure (DS) tethering point is included for attachment to a suitable lanyard for safety when working at heights. The selector switch allows for two modes of operation: hammering and chiseling, as well as a neutral position for setting the face of the chisel in relation to the material being worked.
