Return Window
You can return or exchange an item within 30 days from the date of delivery. Please note that all returns must be initiated within this time frame.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition with all original tags, packaging, and accessories included. The item must also be in a resellable condition.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at info@abaditools.com, sales@abaditools.com, or support@abaditools.com within 30 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number and a detailed reason for the return.
- We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to proceed.
Refund Process
Once we receive the returned item, we will process the refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Exchange Process
If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the same steps as above. We will send you a replacement item once we receive the returned item.
Shipping Costs
You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. If you are exchanging an item, we will cover the cost of shipping the new item to you.
Exceptions
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Items that are damaged or used
- Items that are missing original tags, packaging, or accessories
- Items that are not in a resellable condition
Warranty
Please note that all items sold by Abaditools.com come with a manufacturer's warranty. If an item is defective or damaged, please contact our customer service team and we will assist you with the warranty process.
